Know Your (E) PF Balance Online - Now

Step 1: Please visit : http://www.epfindia.com/MembBal.html
You will be taken to below screen (Screen 1)

Click on  " Click here  to know the balance "

 The above will take you to new screen. (Screen 2)

Step 2 :  you will now be in page 

http://epfoservices.in/epfo/member_balance/member_balance_office_select.php

First you need to find your establishment(company code) 

For that Click on  "Search your establishment code here"

Step 3: you will then be taken to another page "Establishment Information Search" to get the information about To which "EPFO Office" under what "Region Code/Office Code/Estt.Code/Estt.Extn" (Both old & New)  your Establishment (Company) credits your PF amount. You can cross verify you Company Name, address, pin etc... 
You will get the (Screen 3) as follows. in which you need to use the last option "Also search on Estt."  indeed the easiest way (check the box) and give your company name correctly & click on search.

Eg : Mannar&company or ABC pvt limited  :P 

Step 4 :You will be supplied with a result page in following format (Screen 4)

 Make a note of the "Region Code/Office Code/Estt.Code/Estt.Extn"  of your Establishment  (company) and then go to Screen 2 (that we get in Step 2)

Step 5: Now select your appropriate state from the drop down. Then you will be displayed a list of "EPFO Office" under the state (as follows) Screen 5. 



You can then match the first two components of the displayed result  Region Code & Office Code  with your noted results of Region Code/Office Code/"  Eg  BG/BNG

Step 6 :  Once you find a matching row, then in the same line, Click on the appropriate Office name (as link) under Office name column. Eg (Bangalore). It will then take you to the following page (Screen 6)

Step 7 : Now you can give the details.

To Enter PF Account Number, just click on every text box it will display the information to be entered (as follows)

1st Text box :  Establishment code - Maximum 7 Digits

2nd Text box :  Extension - Maximum 3 Characters / Can be left blank in case no extension

 3rd Text box : Account Number - Maximum 7 Digits

For eg  if your PF number is something like 'BG/BNG/10010/20020'  then enter 10010 (Estt.Code) in First text box leave out the second one and then enter your account number - last part (20020) in third text box.  Give your 

Click on I agree and Submit...

Thats it.. If All the details are valid (correct) then in few mins your will receive the SMS to your mentioned mobile number... 

You will now have an idea on the PF pennies which is the only one you saved for yourself (which i guess is true in case of most people.. :)  )
