Some of the very old posts may be missing them as they were all published when i started blogging and frankly speaking I wasn't fully aware of the credit methods, copyrights etc. Also my opinion on lot of this published posts eg (god, religion, political views) would have drastically changed now as I believe I have evolved at-least a little over the period of time with my experience and learning.

Today's Thought.
Great Donors: Those who share peace through their thoughts are truly great donors.

Smile: When I smile, not only do I feel happy, but also I bring a ray of light into the lives of others.

Self improvement Thought.
Heart's Attitude: It is not the body's posture but the heart's attitude that counts when we meditate.

Devise five ways to make my life calm.
Observe what causes you stress and anxiety. Visualize ways of overcoming or preventing your stress reactions. Either remove the stressors from your life or learn to change your responses. Often our attitudes and thoughts cause us stress. Make sure your solutions to stressful situations are realistic, achievable and uplifting.

Peace is the foundation of happiness and fulfillment. Peace is your natural state. You are a clam and creative being.
